Relish Rewards. Celebrating one year

Last year Pallas Foods, together with TLC Marketing launched their first ever loyalty scheme in Ireland. Relish Rewards promised unrivalled added value to customers in a very competitive market. The objectives of the programme was to increase market share, make customers feel rewarded for their loyalty and disrupt the market by being the first b2b loyalty programme in Ireland.
One year on and the scheme is thriving. Thousands of eligible Pallas Foods customer base have signed up to Relish Rewards, far surpassing the targets set at the start of the programme. There has also been a noticeable increase in sales and uplift in customer satisfaction as points are redeemed for a wide range of rewards. In just 12-months the programme has been shortlisted for a Drum Network Award and is a finalist at the IPM Awards 2017 and The Loyalty Magazine Awards 2017.
“Relish Rewards – a little on the side” launched in May 2016 and has since excited customers with rewards including weekends in Vegas, designer watches and even a Mini One. Over 6,500 of the 14,500 products have been allocated Relish Reward points.
The success of the programme is a result of the integrated above the line and below the line launch strategy and unmissable creative which, until now, was unseen in the B2B wholesale market.

In the first year we have seen customers enjoying prizes such as Brown Thomas vouchers, iTunes vouchers, two-man camping tents, iPads, Kindles, Nespresso coffee machines and flat screen TVs to name a few."

To celebrate Relish Rewards first birthday, Pallas Foods have added a new team reward to the scheme such as a night at the dogs for five people with admission, race programme, glass of wine, four course dinner (including 9oz steak) and a €5 betting voucher. They have also partnered with Country Choice Hotels, a luxury group of hotels in Ireland, to offer a free night stay for two.
TLC Marketing and Pallas Foods are looking forward to finding out the results of the IPM Awards 2017 on 7th June and The Loyalty Magazine Awards on 20th June. Both ceremonies will be taking place in London.
