TLC Marketing Wins Big At The 2018 Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards

Winners of the 2018 Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards were announced at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida on Wednesday, May 16th, and TLC Marketing won big.

Now in its 5th year, Loyalty360 takes a number of factors into consideration in order to recognize the prestigious brands and partners who have demonstrated innovation and effectiveness in the world of customer experience, loyalty and engagement.
 
“The Loyalty360 Awards are designed to recognize those who truly understand the complexities behind our changing industry,” said Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360. “We’re incredibly proud of both the judges and winners for their tireless work in driving customer loyalty forward.”

Finalists were determined by judges from some of the most respected technology and loyalty solution suppliers in the nation, while winners were chosen live at the expo by the collective voice of expo attendees which included senior marketeers from brands including Ally Financial, Galderma, Domino’s, FedEx and more.

Among 6 different categories and 24 fellow finalists, TLC Marketing took home the following honors:

·         In the highly-competitive Program Partnership category with notable fellow nominees such as Shangri-La Hotels and Caesars Entertainment, the Platinum top honor was awarded to TLC Marketing & American Family Insurance for their work in creating the revolutionary DreamKeep Rewards loyalty program, which launched in November of this year

·         A Silver in the 360-Degree Award for Best Vendor was given to TLC Marketing

·         At the first-ever Loyalty360 Top 10 Awards on Thursday afternoon, Mark Johnson & team acknowledged those who set themselves apart from the pack in order to truly propel customer loyalty forward. TLC Marketing took home plaques for “Top 10 Agency” and “Top 10 Technology.”
