To incentivise sales of Samsung videocameras by offering truly appealing reward in line with the brand, as well as reinforcing their brand image against competitors.
Mecânicas:
When purchasing a Samsung videocamera, consumers found a POS pre-voucher (also downloadable from the dedicated website) that needed to be filled in and sent together along with the receipt to TLC. The Personal Concierge service then proceed by sending th consumer an active code and took care of the whole booking process.
