Objectives:

To increase sales for Head & Shoulders' shampoo range.

Mechanic:

For any promotional pack purchased, the customer was offered a choice of experiences from any of the following completely free:

  • One week gym pass
  • Days out entry ticket to theme parks & family attractions (i.e. zoo’s, parks, adventure centers, farms, aqua parks, …)
  • Skiing / water skiing session

Results:

The choice of many different rewards, for all different audiences, gave Head & Shoulders the opportunity to improve customer loyalty and attract new customers.
