Objectives:

Increase sales of David Yurman’s products (which included jewelry, timepieces, fragrances and eyewear).

Mechanic:

Purchase $1,000 or more in David Yurman products during promotional time period.  Customer mailed in completed redemption form along with proof of purchase to TLC.  A voucher was sent to all qualified customers via email which guided them to a branded website with information on how to book their accommodations.

Results:

Increased David Yurman's sales in the month of May!

Territories:

17 David Yurman boutiques within the Unites States.

Communication:

An insert and redemption form were placed inside the 2010 David Yurman Spring catalogue which was sent as a direct mailer to 3,000 customers.
