SONY, World For Free: Free week's accomodation anywhere in the world

Objectives:

To run a campaign alongside the nationwide product launch of the TV Sony Bravia Z 5 by Sony Deutschland in the summer of 2009.

Mechanic:

 The "Sony Holiday Promotion“ offered customers holiday accommodation for seven nights for up to four people all around the world – for free!

When customers purchased the promotional product, customers were given a personal booking code. This code could then be used to book a fully serviced apartment for up to 4 people for free via the exclusive booking website – with a choice of over 100 destinations worldwide!

Results:

For many happy customers, receiving a wonderful week's holiday in addition to their purchase was the decisive argument for purchasing the promotional product.
