After an extremely turbulent 2020, there was a secret hope that all our troubles were behind us and 2021 would be the fresh start we all desperately wanted – and needed. Unfortunately, this is not quite the case…but there does seem to be light at the end of the tunnel. 

2021 heralds another year of economic uncertainty, with 40% more of consumers feeling worried about the cost of living this year, compared with 2020. On a larger scale according to Retail Week, 69% feel less confident about the general economy and 54% are struggling with the political situation.
