Pernod Ricard is an umbrella brand that embraces a host of different popular drinks brands for different target markets. Each of these brands have a very different story to tell. With Christmas on the horizon, Pernod made the decision to promote all these diverse brands in one combined Christmas promotion. Our challenge was to create a unifying promotional campaign that would appeal to all target markets.

Story Doing For All

Introducing the gif7ies. A family with so much personality, character and charm, and so much fun to spend time with. With the Gift7ies campaigns we created a new, ironic and innovative brand storytelling focus. With this “unique family of liquors concept” each element preserves its own identity and all together make life much more fun. Pernod Ricard ran two “The Gif7ies” Christmas campaigns. Both rewarded customers of all 7 brands, with rewards that highlighted the nature and values of each brand. So for Absolute Vodka, who are involved with electronic music concerts and sponsorship, their customers were rewarded with an electronic music playlist. While the cool and trendy Jameson’s consumers received a barbershop grooming treatment. The second campaign rewarded consumers with trips to the countries where each of the 7 brands were born.
