JOB PURPOSE

The ideal candidate will work alongside the Global Sales and Marketing Manager and is expected to take ownership of the strategy and management and optimisation of the SEO channels and be responsible for building and optimising the site performance. As part of the Group function, the candidate will be managing multiple markets and stakeholders across multiple sites. The group function at TLC is the hub of support and direction for all our markets across the world.

CORE DELIVERABLES

  • Strategy, performance and execution of SEO for a multi-market agency.
  • Deliver sound technical SEO recommendations and work closely with our tech team to implement them for all 12 markets and global site.
  • You will be responsible for managing the website and increasing organic traffic and revenue by way of information architecture improvements, content management, and SEO techniques.
  • Experience with keyword research and strategy, daily optimisation, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis.
  • You will be data-driven and performance minded.
  • Make & implement recommendations to improve SEO channel performance and rankings.
  • Delivering the SEO technical roadmap.
  • Creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI and conversion rates.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using SEO tools
  • Relationship management – owning and cultivating internal team and external supplier relationships.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • +3 years proven SEO experience in a global environment
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
